How are my footballs delivered?

All footballs are sent fully blown up unless requested by you in the “notes” on the order to be sent flat.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

 

Can I Cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed we work as quickly as possible to get you order ready for shipping. For any changes or cancellations please email customer.support@thefootballkit.net as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend this for you, however. this can not be guaranteed.

 

I received an incorrect item what should I do?

My items are being shipped outside of the United Kingdom will I get charged anything extra?

Orders outside of the UK may be subject to Custom Duties / Import Taxes these are the responsibility of you the customer.  You will be contacted by customs with the amount needed to pay and on receiving the funds the courier company will then continue the delivery of your order to your shopping address.
