Is there a minimum order value?

Our minimum initial order value is £300

How do I make an order?

Send an email to enquires ……………………………. Including details on the product and quantities you require, your chosen shipping address and we will email you a proforma invoice.

How long do I have to pay my Invoice?

Invoices need to be paid in full within 14days otherwise the order becomes void,  a new invoice would then need to be placed.

Do I pay VAT?

Yes, VAT is included on the cost of every item.

How do I Pay?

After receiving your invoice, you can make payment with all major debit and credit cards including American Express through the website.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery cost is worked out per order. Its based on volume and the shipping destination. Delivery cost is included in your invoice. Please note all orders outside of the UK will not include duties and import costs and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for these.

When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver all goods within 15 working days, however, if lead times are longer we will advise at time of purchase.

I want to order outside of the UK, do you deliver worldwide?

We do our best to deliver to as many countries as possible, if you are an international buyer please email …………………………………………… to discuss shipping options and costs.

How are my footballs delivered?

All Footballs are delivered flat and will need to be pumped up. Please also inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the issue and make it right.

 If I am up against a deadline, can I collect items from the warehouse?
Unfortunately for security reasons only Leisure Leagues contracted vehicles are allowed access to our warehouse.

Can I Refund my items?

We do not accept refunds on wholesale purchases however if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
